Initial Consultation

We take our time with a thorough patient history, assessment before diagnosis. Once a plan is established we commence osteopathic treatment and exercise prescription, beginning the steps to overcome your issue. If required we refer for imaging before commencing any therapeutic intervention.

Standard Consultation

As required we continue therapeutic intervention as we resolve your complaint. These sessions contain a combination of osteopathic manual therapy, exercise prescription or monitoring and eduction on factors influencing your prognosis including lifestyle and health advice. These are 40 minute appointments.

Extended Osteopathy Consultation

These appointments are generally for those with chronic, complex or multiple site injury sites requiring between 60 minutes. Patients who wish to have regular extended care may also opt for thesis

Exercise Rehabilitation Consultation

These are booked by return patients after an initial consultation when effective treatment requires focused exercise rehabilitation. These are only available on particular days with limited availability at the discretion of the practitioner. These are 60 minute appointments.
